the ac barely worked, and the door was difficult to close, as if it woudl ve been designed for someone else. room service took 35 minutes for coffee, can u believe that? i expected a welcome gift for this inconvenience but nothing, just like my coffee. i'm so done with this place.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station! Clean rooms added to a pleasant stay.
The noise from Arakashan Road was disruptive. it hindered my overall comfort during the night! Notably, the bathroom was cramped.
